Overview
Learners develop confidence in identifying hazards, managing risks, and responding to incidents. They practise core first-aid skills including wound care and emergency response, while gaining an understanding of workplace health & safety responsibilities. A practical, high-value course suitable for all industries and community settings. First aid not available in all areas of NZ — please ask.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 6 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
