Overview
This engaging two-day workshop introduces the essentials of health & safety, drug and alcohol awareness, and sleep management. Learners identify hazards, recognise signs of impairment, and understand the personal and community impact of unsafe behaviour. A strong foundation course for any workplace or youth employability programme.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 9 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
