Overview
This short, hands-on course builds understanding of workplace expectations, employee rights and responsibilities, and basic financial literacy. Learners gain real-world awareness through ITS's simulated workplace model — Seaside Sally's — and leave with practical, transferable skills they can use in any job or study pathway.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 11 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
