An immersive experience in Seaside Sally's simulated business, this course refines communication, leadership, and sales skills through real-world scenarios. Learners build confidence, apply product knowledge, and practise professional interaction — equipping them for frontline or supervisory roles in any service industry.

What you'll learn

This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 20 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.

How do I pay?

After you enrol or enquire and we confirm your place, you'll receive a secure online payment link — pay by card in a couple of clicks. Group and employer bookings receive a single invoice with 14-day terms.
