Overview
Through roleplay and practical activities in Seaside Sally's, learners develop product knowledge, host responsibility, and customer-engagement skills. The course introduces responsible alcohol service and prepares participants to work safely and professionally in licensed environments.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 10 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
