Overview
Using ITS's Seaside Sally's simulated workplace, learners work together to deliver quality service to 'tourists' while developing communication and teamwork skills. They discover the value of diversity, learn to serve customers with respect, and gain confidence engaging with people from all walks of life.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 11 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
