Overview
This lively course introduces the skills required to work confidently in cafés and food-service settings. Participants practise food safety, counter service, and beverage preparation while learning how to deliver friendly, efficient service. A perfect introduction to hospitality for schools and community groups.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 13 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
