Overview
Learners advance their espresso skills and deepen their understanding of food safety and contamination control. The course blends hands-on barista practice with essential knowledge of workplace hygiene, producing capable, safety-conscious hospitality staff. Pre-requisite: learners must have completed unit 17285 within the previous year with ITS.

This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 9 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
