Overview
Learners discover the art of preparing and serving traditional High Tea with flair. From sandwiches to table service, they practise hospitality etiquette, customer care, and presentation skills — building confidence and attention to detail in a fun, social environment.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 10 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
