Overview
Participants learn about workplace safety, product knowledge, and the importance of maintaining a secure, hazard-free environment. This course prepares learners for both front- and back-of-house roles and helps them understand compliance expectations under the Food Act 2014.
What you'll learn
This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 9 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
