Overview
Learners get hands-on with espresso machines, practising beverage preparation and safe food-handling techniques. They also explore the journey from bean to cup and learn about contamination control and hygiene standards required under the Food Act 2014. A highly practical entry point into the café or hospitality sector.

This course delivers the following NZQA unit standards — 10 credits in total. Every unit is reported to NZQA on successful completion.
